The Transformational Leadership workshop is an intense three-day experience designed specifically to develop insights/skills to initiate this inward journey. The workshop uses exercises, reflection, and dialogue to stimulate participants to identify avenues of change. Deep dialogue, silence, meditation and long walks in natural surroundings, story telling etc. are some features of this experience.The focus is on coming in touch with one’s deeper self and develop an understanding of the higher purpose and mission in life, through an integration of the physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual aspects of the being.
