The implementation framework includes exercises on 5S, rightsizing of production and logistic assets, SMED, Rapid Maintenance, Jidoka, Poka-yoke, Andon, Heijunka, Autonomous and Condition Based Maintenance, Productoin flow Kanban, Visual Displays and Controls, and other techniques that ensure standardization, sustenance and capability building.
